Spend an afternoon unwinding to the sound of Tibetan singing bowls. Warm up and prepare the body to meditate with a gentle yoga flow, and then lay down to feel the resonance of the bowls. If you are new to meditation, the vibrations and sounds of the Tibetan bowls makes it easy to remain still and release tension in the body.
Ravina Daswani is based in Hong Kong and started her healing journey 17 years ago. She was suffering from a painful condition called trigeminal neuralgia and turned to alternative therapies to self-manage the pain. After recovering from this condition and regaining a "normal" life, her passion and drive has been to help others. After many years developing her own spiritual and meditation practice, and under the tutelage of her nada (sound) master, she now combines her knowledge and experiences to facilitate healing sessions to groups and individuals.
