An energetic bunny, Emily has never stopped moving. From a young age, she dipped herself into ballet, Chinese dance, trekking and expedition, as well as running.
Yet, not until she stumbled upon yoga has her fitness journey been taken up to another level. Since then, yoga has paved a way for her to find mind-body connection and journey inward.
She sees that the beauty of alignment-oriented movements is taking people to bring attention to their body and hence promotes self care and self love and eventually empowers one. Certified with RYT 200, trained with barre and pilates, she has begun to share the intelligent movement of yoga infused with the knowledge and benefits of barre and pilates since 2016.
