Combines yoga and pilates, emphasizing strengthening of the core. You will learn isometric exercises to engage one muscle group at a time. Class will end with a series of yoga poses to lengthen and relax the body.
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
